TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA, November 5, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Appointed Chief Executive Officer and Director, Black brings public-company leadership and transaction experience across technology, healthcare and international capital markets.

Company completes name change from 1344342 B.C. Ltd.

Admiralty Capital Corp. (formerly 1344342 B.C. Ltd.) (the “Company”) announces that it has changed its name to “Admiralty Capital Corp.” and has appointed Kane Black as Chief Executive Officer and a director effective November 3, 2026. Mr. Black, a Singapore-based investor and public markets executive with more than 20 years of experience across Asia and Europe, was named EY Entrepreneur Of The Year – Biotechnology in Singapore in 2022 and most recently led the transaction strategy of a London Stock Exchange-listed investment company through to its admission to AIM.

“The name Admiralty conveys strength, simplicity and international reach,” said Mr. Black. “Canada has an experienced investor base and particular depth in mining and natural resources, with approximately 40% of the world’s public mining companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange. Equity financing across the two exchanges reached C$32.9 billion in the first nine months of 2026, almost double the corresponding period in 2025.

“My focus will be on bringing a suitable business to these markets. In Admiralty we have a fully reporting Canadian platform from which to pursue an acquisition and subsequent stock exchange listing, with the aim of creating long-term value for shareholders.”
