As Principal of Philopateer Christian College (PCC), one of Canada's fastest-growing private Christian schools and a proud member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI), she has earned a reputation for cultivating an environment where academic achievement, innovation, and faith-based values thrive. Founded in 1999 by the Coptic Egyptian community as the first private school of its kind in North America, PCC welcomes students from all backgrounds and continues to flourish under Ms. Wasfy's dynamic leadership. Her dedication to educational excellence is further reflected through her memberships in the Ontario College of Teachers and the Ontario Principals' Council (OPC).

Before embarking on her career path, Phoebe earned a Bachelor of Arts in History and Religious Studies from the University of Toronto in 2002, followed by a Professional Program in Education from D'Youville College in New York in 2004. She has completed additional qualifications in Reading, History, Religious Studies, and Teaching Kindergarten through Grade 12, along with the prestigious Principal Qualification Courses (PQC) in 2011. In 2014, she received her Master of Education from Western University, and in 2019 she completed a Higher Education Teaching Certificate through Harvard University. Her passion for education has earned her numerous distinctions, including the Arab Women of Excellence Award in Academia from the Life Transformation Academy in Calgary, as well as recognition from several Canadian organizations. In 2023, she received Presidential Recognition from the President of Egypt during the National Youth Conference, further highlighting her international impact and leadership.

Throughout her illustrious career, Ms. Wasfy has received numerous prestigious awards recognizing her outstanding contributions to education and leadership. In 2024, IAOTP honored her as Top Principal, Coach, and Speaker of the Year and presented her with the Empowered Woman Award. From 2017 through 2024, she served on the Board of ACSI Eastern Canada and continues to serve as an adjunct faculty member for the Canadian Coptic Centre's Youth Ministry Certification Program (YMCP), in partnership with YouthTrain in New Zealand. Selected to attend the 2018 World Youth Forum in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt, she has consistently demonstrated her commitment to empowering young leaders on a global scale. She oversees international youth mission initiatives, collaborates with governments, charitable organizations, and humanitarian agencies, and recently launched the inaugural fundraising campaign supporting Egypt's Decent Life Presidential Initiative, led by a team of inspiring 16- and 17-year-old students.
